The management of the Exclusion Zone actively supports and develops international cooperation, works with donors and investors for the sustainable development of the zone. Participation in international projects and engagement of foreign experts can accelerate the qualitative changes of the zone. In addition, a very important component is informational campaignes and dialogue with the public on work conducted in the zone and the state of environment.

Therefore, two and a half years ago, the UNDP/GEF Small Grants Programme supported the grant project of the NGO Pripyat.kom Center - the creation of the Information Center "Chornobyl: Territory of Change", which gathered a number of partners, such as: State Agency of Ukraine on the Exclusion Zone Management and its structural subdivisions, UNDP in Ukraine, local authorities, a number of public organizations and local communities. It should be noted that this is the first public information platform for the time of existence of the Exclusion Zone.
